TUITION CONTRACT

Fall/Winter Session 2006

Enrollment is finalized when our office
has received this electronically signed
Tuition Contract and Registration Form
along with the tuition payment.  By
using our secure online payment service,
you are agreeing to the terms of this
contract.

Full tuition for the entire
Fall/Winter
Session
is $350. Registration is
ongoing, therefore, pro-rated amounts
will vary. Payment can be made by online
payment via PayPal, cash, or check/money
order made out to:
Dim Light, Turned Bright.

Holidays taken by the family, absences
due to illness and vacations CANNOT be
deducted from the tuition payment. In
addition, cancellations CANNOT be
refunded after
September 15, 2006.

Please note that a penalty of
$30 is
charged for returned checks.
